How do I track my order?
All orders are sent via courier. Please contact us on sales@uneeq4u.com for your tracking number and courier details.
What are your delivery options?
We understand that when you like a dress, you want to get your hands on it immediately. That is why we only advertise the fashion clothes that we already have in stock unless stated as pre-order items. If an item is pre-order item, we advise the expected delivery date on the item details page.
Delivery over £100 orders is free within UK. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for standard delivery. Delivery for orders under £100 order are charged at a flat rate within UK. You should received your items within 3-5 days, if not sooner.
Do you provide International delivery?
Worldwide Delivery: (USA Only)
We currently deliver to the USA and processing time is 1 to 3 working day. We advertise some items that are not in stock yet and are on pre-order. The item description has the detail of when these would be dispatched. We always retain proof of postage and it is emailed to you within 1 working day of the order being posted.
How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.
